Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the glasses, protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
